XC Summer Conditioning

We highly encourage our athletes to train during the summer. This sets them up for a successful season as they have already built their base conditioning.

​

All athletes who meet the athletic requirements will make it onto the team.

However, they must be able to break 20 minutes for 2 miles before they are allowed to participate in meets.

Summer Practice

​​June 7th - July 25th​

Mon, Wed & Fri @ Wilcox Track Scoreboard  - 4:30 PM​

Tues & Thurs @ Rancho San Antonio (Parking Lot 6) - 4:00 PM

No summer practice on:​

4th of July & 2 adjacent weekdays

Dead Week: July 28th - Aug. 1st

No Skill Dev. Week: Aug. 4th - 8th

First Day of Season Practice

Monday, August 11th @ Track Scoreboard - 4:10 PM​

Summer Mileage Club

​​​​

All runners who consistently submit their mileage from the first day of summer conditioning through the end of the first week of school, and who achieve their mileage target indicated on the Summer Mileage Totals sheet, will receive the respective awards shown in the table above.​​

Parents of runners on the team & Alumni may also earn the shirts!
