XC Summer Conditioning
We highly encourage our athletes to train during the summer. This sets them up for a successful season as they have already built their base conditioning.
Participants do not need to be on the team to partake in summer conditioning.
All athletes who meet the athletic requirements will make it onto the team.
However, they must be able to break 20 minutes for 2 miles before they are allowed to participate in meets.

Summer Mileage Club
All runners who consistently submit their mileage from the first day of summer conditioning through the end of the first week of school, and who achieve their mileage target indicated on the Summer Mileage Totals sheet, will receive the respective awards shown in the table above.
Parents of runners on the team & Alumni may also earn the shirts!
