Garmin Clipboard
Purpose
To enable us to provide direct and individualized coaching. Allowing us to ensure athletes are not overtraining and leading themselves to injury. Furthermore, the heart rate data, when available, allows athletes to learn how hard they should be training, racing, and thus also allows the coaches to make sure athletes are not grinding unsustainably. Garmin Clipboard allows us to have all running data centralized and accessible on the go, as well as provides us with notifications based on set parameters. For this reason, Garmin Clipboard is our official cross-country training log. Athletes do not need to own a Garmin watch to use the platform or the apps. However, athletes who own a Garmin watch will have an easier time using the platform.
