-
Trustworthiness
-
Respect
-
Responsibility
-
Fairness
-
Caring
-
Good citizenship.
Pre CCS Points of Emphasis
The following is to be read by the Principal before the first CCS Play-off contest.
-
Sportsmanship is a top priority of the CCS.
-
It is expected that all coaches, players, officials, and spectators respect the integrity and judgment of everyone involved in this contest, including opponents and game officials.
-
-
Any player or coach who is ejected from a CCS Play-off contest for flagrant unsportsmanlike behavior will be removed from participating in the remainder of the contest and all subsequent CCS Play-off contests in the current season.
-
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that brings credit to themselves, their school, communities, coaches, and families. They shall refrain from any conduct that degrades, baits, intimidates, or otherwise discredits their opponents or officials.
-
Coaches are expected to maintain decorum consistent with the educational values of interscholastic athletics by showing restraint and composure in the emotional climate of Play-offs and to insist their players conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
