All events are mixed sex & fitness level only separated by Alumni vs Enrolled

4 x 400 (Max 16 Teams)
SMR 200, 200, 400, 800 (Max 8 Teams)
DMR 1200, 400, 800, 1600 (Max 8 Teams)

No disqualification for dropped batons​

Should be passed roughly within the zone (if egregious will DQ)

If you are not the next heat or event, we ask you to watch from the bleachers
